Changes

Sometimes things get old,
Old things should be changed,
It's time for something new,
Still you, but rearranged.

Not to huge or crazy,
Yet not too small to see,
Something new and true,
Be who YOU want to be.

Everyone is blending,
So why shouldn't you stand out?
Don't be fooled, be unique,
Be what you're really about.

When you look in the mirror what do you see?
Who's eyes are you trying to impress?
In my opinion, it should be your own,
They're more important than the rest.

Laugh a little longer,
Dance a little more,
Change your style, thoughts and ways,
Become who you really are.

I tried this for myself,
My ways are silly and great,
Out with the old already!
For the new, I just can't wait!
